This tool puts a plain screenshot on a styled background so it is ready for a blog post, a tweet or a product page. Upload an image (PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF up to 15 MB) and it is placed on a background with padding, rounded corners and a drop shadow. The preview updates as you change the settings, and the Download button saves the result as a PNG named after your file with _beautified added.
Background options are seven built-in styles (six two-color gradients and one four-color mesh), a solid color of your choice, or your own background image. You can add a window frame with three macOS-style dots, or a browser bar with a URL pill, and set the padding (0 to 200 px), corner radius (0 to 48 px), shadow blur, spread and opacity, and a tilt from -15 to 15 degrees. An aspect ratio menu offers Auto, 16:9, 1:1, 4:3, 9:16, Twitter/X card (1200×675) and Open Graph (1200×630) shapes.
Why this runs on your device
Screenshots often show things you did not mean to publish: a dashboard, an inbox, customer names. The image is drawn onto a canvas in your browser and exported from there, so the original is never uploaded to a server. You can check it before it goes anywhere.
- Upload a screenshot by dropping it on the page or clicking to choose it.
- Pick a background: a preset, a solid color or your own image.
- Adjust the padding, corner radius, shadow, frame and aspect ratio while watching the preview.
- Press Download to save the finished PNG.
- The screenshot is drawn at its original pixel size, not scaled to a fixed output, and the padding is added around it. A large screenshot gives a large PNG, and there is no setting to choose the export width. Use a resizer afterwards if you need a specific size.
- The output is always a PNG. There is no JPG or WebP export, so files for photos or very large screenshots can be heavy.
- The window frame and browser bar are fixed designs in a light gray with macOS-style dots. The URL pill is empty, because you cannot type an address into it, and there is no dark variant or Windows style.
- Screenshots larger than 15 MB are rejected. When you pick an aspect ratio, the canvas is extended to match it rather than cropping your screenshot, so extra background appears on the shorter side.
- Tilt is a flat rotation of the screenshot, not a 3D perspective effect.
